It’s not that I’m anti-government.
I think government is a bad thing.
I’m not opposed to government.
But I think it’s been overused and abused, and that’s the real issue.
We need to take a look at it more like a utility.
Like utilities, government has a mandate to protect the public.
But it’s not always necessary.
The people who have been using the government for their personal gain are actually paying the price.
For years, I’ve argued for government to step in when it comes to protecting the environment.
It’s a great idea.
But there’s a lot of stuff that goes on behind the scenes that is in the best interest of the public, like making sure the weather is nice and safe for our kids.
That’s not a problem that can be solved with regulation, so let’s not go there.
Instead, let’s take a good, old-fashioned approach that’s also good for the economy.
In the same way that government does all the good stuff in the world, so why not let the people do the bad stuff?
Let’s put the power back in the hands of the people.
That means letting states, municipalities, and private businesses control how much of the state’s tax base they have to spend on health care and other public services.
This is what I call “public health insurance,” because you can’t have health insurance when you don’t have the money to pay for it.
And I think we can have public health insurance with some government regulation and some private insurance.
If we have government regulation, that’s great.
But what’s great about the private insurance market is that you don`t have to put up with a bunch of government mandates.
That would be a good example.
Imagine a situation where you had a small business that was not really taking care of the health of its customers.
The state was going to set up an emergency medical plan, and it was going have to pay the company to provide health care services to its customers, regardless of how sick they were.
The company could just ignore that requirement and continue operating.
That`s a bad idea, right?
If we can’t set up some kind of emergency medical service, then the problem becomes: Do we have the capacity to cover everybody who needs medical care?
Or do we have too many sick people, or too many people who are not going to get the care they need?
That`t to say that government doesn`t need to regulate.
But there’s an alternative: Let’s make sure that the people who don`s health care needs get the health care they deserve.
And that’s exactly what we should be doing.
